These pages are now available in three formats, with different levels of complexity. Please select the format that best suits your preference and the capabilities of your browser.

Level 1 is the non-Frames version, and does not rely on JavaScript to display correctly. If you dislike frames, or you habitually surf with the capability to run JavaScript switched off, this is your best (and maybe your only) option.

Level 2 uses Frames, and also includes a few JavaScript enhancements for easier navigation. This is your best option if you want to make use of Frames and limited JavaScript, but would rather not use cookies.

Level 3 also uses Frames, and makes greater use of JavaScript. This version was originally developed for Internet Explorer 4+, Netscape Navigator 4+, or other browsers of similar specification. It includes an interactive table of contents, which will work properly only if you allow your browser to write a small file, or "cookie", on your hard disk.
